About Us
Go-DIY Records is an independent unconventional music promotions company. We believe in the DIY band, and in today's industry are acting more as a guide than a label. Our intentions are to help empower bands that are on the rise with a few essential tools and resources so that the band can be a true DIY band and succeed to a professional level. We work with many bands around the world and use a regional approach when soliciting our acts. Much of this is done through regional releases and a very specific contact grid we have developed over the years. We believe in a network of bands, not a competition. We believe in bands coexisting and working together to help benefit each other, including gig swapping, networking, sharing resources, etc. Because we work with a good number of bands we have also been able to take a "power in numbers" approach to help secure better deals for our family of bands. We've created partnerships with companies in every area of the biz including duplication (Discmakers), Merchandising, Recording Studios, Mastering Studios, Gear, Radio Promotion, Consultation, Printing companies, Graphic Designers, Hosting, Digital and Physical Distribution. Basically any service based company that provides a service to bands we have created and nurtured several partnerships within each industry so that we can provide these services to our bands at a lower cost. Go-DIY Records was created by musicians for musicians. We have lived the many struggles of playing in a DIY band and have used our experiences to help benefit other bands in similar situations. We do not claim to have all the keys to success or believe that we can in one attempt "make a bands dreams come true", however we feel that when bands follow our program and take it for what it is then it is one of the first essential steps for success. Please check out the below comments we've received directly from our bands and industry contacts to see what each have been saying, and remember the DIY route is a journey not a race, it's a collaboration not a competition.

GoDIY has been pushing our band relentlessly under the veil of silence. We often and out of nowhere get contacted by people whom our demo was sent to, and are asked questions, set up for interviews, and are now being requested on college radio stations across the country. Thanks GoDIY!

Ps. I get a least one fb,myspace/email a month from arists asking about my experience with GoDiy. I've been happy to share my positives!

Thanks Eric, I got a great extensive email from Luke a little while ago that is very helpful. You guys are great, couldn’t be happier that we’re getting to work with you guys! Can tell you enough how nice it is to work with a professional company, there are sooo many scammers and hacks out there that we’ve had unfortunate dealings with in the past but we can see we’re with the right organization now.

Thanks Eric...for following up with me and for all that you are doing for these artists. It's tough to launch and sustain a career...even the most talented struggle. We need more people like you who are committed to nurturing and developing up and coming artists

There are a lot of companies out there that offer services to promote music (like Taxi and Sonic Bid) but GODIY RECORDS has got them beat by a mile for what they can do to further your music exposure.
